The leading European manufacturer and and supplier of private label and contract manufactured products has announced a strategic partnership with Vestacy, the global home care company behind the brands including Air Wick, Calgon and Cillit Bang. The agreement will see McBride manufacture a variety of household products for Vestacy with contracts of between five and eight years and McBride will acquire two dedicated manufacturing sights from Vestacy in Spain and Portugal. This agreement is expected to be materially earnings accretive and profit forecasts have been increased as a result. Clearly this will not affect the year . . .
