The homewares group has confirmed that it will change its name from Portmeirion to Spode with this due to take effect from November. The company has also announced its interim results for the six months to 30 June which revealed a slight fall in revenue to £36.4m (2025: £37.1m) with an adjusted loss before tax of £4.5m (2025: loss of £2.8m) being recorded. Net debt at the period end was £6.2m compared with £17.5m at the start of the period although this was largely due to the £17.2m . . .
