13 December 2011 – new AMRAC deals
The group’s joint venture company AMRAC has signed up 3 new racecourses, Exeter, Perth and Kelso with AMRAC distributing live coverage of all races to licensed betting offices in the UK and Ireland. The agreements don’t start until 1 May 2012 but they will increase the numberof racecourses covered by AMRAC to 34 out of the UK’s 60 racetracks. The number of fixtures covered by AMRAC will increase by 7%. This is clearly positive news for the company and the shares, which sport a yield of 7.5%, remain a BUY.
