Confectionery and snack food group Zetar has announced that it has acquired the chocolate confectionery manufacturer Derwent Lynton for up to £0.8m. This will form part of the group’s confectionery business and will provide access to new customers as well as additional production capacity. We retain our recommendation of BUY.
