The landscaping, building and roofing products group has issued a trading update for the ten months to 31 October and despite the difficult trading conditions it has produced a resilient performance. Overall, group revenues were up by 2% over the previous year, with revenue at landscaping products falling by 1%, but both building products and roofing products increased revenues by 5%. The company continues to make good progress on the improvement plan for the landscaping business, and this should deliver £9m in cost savings from next year.
