The specialist media group Future has announced the acquisition of SheerLuxe for initial consideration of £39.9m. SheerLuxe is a leading UK digital publisher in women's fashion and lifestyle and in the year to 30 September 2025 it generated revenues of £12.6m and reported EBITDA of £5.1m.
