The leading provider of subsea technology solutions to the global offshore energy sector has announced its annual results for 2025. These revealed a 21% increase in turnover to £203.2m with adjusted pre-tax profits increasing by 12% to £48.8m. Earnings per share on the same basis rose by 9.8% to 49.4p and the dividend for the year was raised by 8.3% to 1.3p per share.
