The leading estate agent Foxtons has issued its half year results to 30 June and these have shown some resilience given the lower volumes in property sales whilst the lettings market has also been unpredictable following the introduction of the Renters' Rights Act. Revenues have fallen 8% to £83.7m although adjusted pre-tax profits fell by 36% to £7.3m.
