The leading housebuilder has revealed strong results in the year to 30 June with revenues up by over 9% to £5.3bn on house completions up by almost 4% to over 17,900.  Adjusted pre-tax profits rose by 14.7% to £1.055bn with adjusted earnings per share almost 13% higher at 83.0p.  These results have benefited from strong customer demand and house price inflation and the dividend has been raised by 25.5% to 36.9p.  Net cash at the year end was over £1.13bn although this is slightly down on . . .
