The UK's biggest housebuilder has announced results for the year to 30 June which have seen a sharp rebound in revenues and profits as expected as the country emerges from the worst effects of the pandemic.  Revenue for the period was over 40% higher at £4.8bn with pre-tax profits rising 65% to £812m.  Earnings per share rose by a similar amount to 64.9p and the dividend was re-instated at 29.4p per share.  Strong cash flow at the group resulted in net cash at the year end of over £1 . . .
