The specialist media group has announced its annual results for the year to 30 September and these have revealed a 6% decline in revenues to £739.2m with adjusted pre-tax profit falling to £175.4m from £191.7m in the previous year. Earnings per share on the same basis declined to 124.2p (2024: 124.6p) with the lower rate of decline due to a fall in the number of shares in issue following share buybacks. The group's business to consumer operations proved resilient with flat revenue in magazines being a good result . . .
