19 June 2019 – board changes
CFO Melanie Ross has decided to leave the company and will do so with effect from 30 June 2019. Her finance responsibilities will be taken on by Charmaine Day, currently Company Secretary and Group Financial Controller, who will report directly to CEO David Marsh. Steve Seed has also accepted a new position as Compliance Director of Surgical Innovations Limited, reporting to David Marsh, with effect from 2 September 2019. We keep our BUY recommendation.
