26 July – further re takeover
The group has confirmed that it has received an all-share offer from Titan International Inc. with the latter offering 1 share for every 11 Titan Europe shares. This notionally values shares in the latter at 123p. Given current poor trading, the fact that the offer is not certain to go through and the fact that the offer is in US stock we move to SELL.
