The AIM-listed motor retail group has announced that it has expanded its portfolio of motor brands with BMW and MINI being introduced to the group following acquisitions of dealerships in Yorkshire and the North East from Inchcape.  The group hopes to benefit from the strong pipeline of electric vehicles from these marques as the industry moves in this direction.  The acquisition has added 12 outlets in 5 locations and the businesses will all be rebranded as Vertu.  The cost of the acquisition is £18.7m plus vehicle stocking finance of £8.9m . . .
