The company has announced that it has completed the acquisition of the business and assets of Leeds Jaguar from Inchcape Retail Limited for an estimated total consideration of £650k including £500k of goodwill. The acquisition is forecast by management to be earnings neutral in the current financial year and earnings enhancing thereafter. This is not a huge deal relative to the size of the overall business but is another positive step. BUY.
