21 July 2021 - AGM update

The company has revealed strong trading in the first four months of the financial year which cover the period to 30 June.  Revenues for the period are 28% ahead of the same period last year with good growth seen in both consumer and non-consumer titles.  Growth has been seen in both print and e-book sales and bestsellers include Tom Kerridge's Outdoor Cooking and the Harry Potter series.  The two recent acquisitions also produced strong revenues in June.  Full year results are likely to be in line with expectations, with adjusted pre-tax . . .
